what are theses 2 spiders?

the first spider made a funnel web by the window but then after some heavy rain he moved behind the mail box, i put a bug in his web to see how he would react and he peeked out a bit then lunged and grabbed it and went back behind the mail box it with it if that helps
the second spider i don't know anything about but it has some little balls on its fangs i think any idea what they are?

The spider in the web is a funnel weaver/grass spider (family Agelenidae), possibly in the genus Agelenopsis - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/147804766 for an example (western species are difficult to assign to genus based on images alone). I can't tell you much about the other spider other than it is a male; the 'balls' are its palps, used in transferring sperm to a female spider during mating...
