Spider ID in Western Pennsylvania

Irwin, PA

My friend and I were near my treehouse at 11:00 P.M. and we spotted several spiders inside the treehouse with a flashlight on the interior roofs of it, and one on the outside wall, which i managed to get a picture of? I live in western Pennsylvania and need help. Below is a picture of it.

Thanks,
Adam

Image is too blurry for me to confident of an i.d. - About how big was the spider (body length/leg span)?

Irwin, PA

About 1 inch to 1.5.

Two possibilities:
A running crab spider (family Philodromidae) - http://insectoid.info/pictures/philodromus-dispar-runnig-crab-spider.jpg

A fishing/nursery web spider (family Pisauridae) - http://www.joshhillman.com/costarica/photos/1024/20060330/IMG_0714-Pisauridae-1024.jpg

Okay thanks, I thought it was a wolf spider, but the tree house is also next to a large pond.
