Pittsburgh Area Spider ID?

Hello all, I'm visiting inlaws of mine in the Pittsburgh area and come to find out there is apparently a spider "Chuck" that has moved into the finished basement and totally kills all centipedes there. I'm relatively positive it's a wolf spider, but for everyone'should safety I'm just concerned that it might be something else like a hobo spider. Can anyone help me out here?

Definitely a wolf spider. And BTW, the so-called hobo spider currently is restricted to the Pacific Northwest...
