I did post a few weeks ago but my pics were not clear enough for identification - hopefully these will be more helpful.
I now find a couple of these in the flat most days, most commonly, like this one, in the dog food bowl though disturbingly quite commonly in bedroom.
They can appear at any time. I have been catching and removing them (I'm not a fan of killing unless unavoidable) but there always seems to be more!
Any ideas what they are, if they are farm full (humans or dogs) and how you get rid?

Still cannot give a positive i.d. - Worst case scenario is that they might be in the family Dermestidae. In that case, you might check all your food storage (including dry pet food) areas for any signs of infestation, and discard anything found infested.
