What an Arborvitae is Supposed to Look Like?

This was at a park in Gloucester, MA. I've never seen an arborvitae so big, bu that has to be what this is, correct?

Yep, Thuja occidentalis.

Thuja plicata from the west coast gets MUCH larger, and has glossier foliage :-)
