Insect identification please

I'm trying to identify this inserts that I found in my house. I have found two or three of these in the last few months in my house. It doesn't look like a cockroach or a cricket to me.

These are cockroaches; they appear to be Ectobius pallidus, an introduced species - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/89322210 for an image.

Well reading up on them, it seems that they are outdoor garden pests, not indoor pests. This is definitely a relief. I got extremely nervous for a second.
