Unknown bug bit me

Hello everyone!

Just as I started to stress about what the heck is that insect, who bit me, I found just the right forum!
So, here is the insect. Please tell me, just what is it and that I won't need to say goodbye to my foot.
If the pictures isn't enough, I will try to get better ones by opening the box. Not to keen to do it now, though ..

Thank you!

It's a larva of a lacewing, a general predator on other soft-bodied insects such as aphids and small caterpillars. For some reason, they will sometimes 'sample' human skin when crawling on it; their bite is harmless to humans.

Thanks for the great answer!
But does that mean I somewhere in my apartment have a .. sorry, I don't know how to say it correctly, - a nest of lacewings?
Or it could've got there easily from outside?

Accidental intruder from outside - these insects do not have 'nests' of any kind...

Here in Oklahoma we have them a lot, they carry around all this "stuff " on their backs and they're TINY! Didn't know they bite people though.

Oh! Forgot to mention , green lace wings are awesome and I love seeing them when it gets warm after winter ! They're beneficial insects !

Yeah, the little guy was 'sleeping' flat on my foot, with all his legs spread out. He was really tightly attached to my skin.
even 5 minutes after I got him off, the place where he bit was weirdly pulsating and itching. But no bite marks whatsoever.

Ok, pretty pleased, that I won't have to search for a lacewing 'nest' in my apartment.

(in Latvia they are called Golden-eyes)
