Found it in the garden on my cloth on cloth rail. Showed it to friend and she said it's not a spider based on 6 legs. Had to make new thread because the picture wasn't showing on the other one. Can a Mod please delete the other thread, thanks.

This looks like a running crab spider in the genus Philodromus that has lost a pair of its legs (leg loss is a common occurrence among spiders). See http://www.gardensafari.net/pics/spinnen/philodromus_dispar_hs4_4246.jpg for an example of an intact specimen.
