I found this in a bunch of kale. It's about 6-7 mm long. I tried searching through all the varieties I could find in the ladybug family, but am still coming up empty-handed. I'm just curious to find out exactly what it is. Might you know what this is?
CLOSED: What is this?
It's a nymph of a stink bug in the genus Murgantia known as a harlequin bug; it's a serious pest of plants in the cabbage family - http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/veg/leaf/harlequin_bug.HTM
