I was trying to add an insect to BugFiles but
I do not know what "order"? means.

When I hit enter on the info to add it to BugFiles, up came this-
Add a New Bug

The order ("") and family ("Catantopidae") are not familiar to us. Before you can add this bug, you'll need to post the details to the BugFiles How-to's forum.

The BugFiles How-to's forum was a link that does not work in that it brings you to the page listing all the forums. I was unable to find the BugFiles How-to's forum. Where is it?
