This appears to be Cyclosa trilobata, an orb-weaver that exhibits a very wide range of individual variation in colour pattern - see http://naturewatch.org.nz/taxa/368696-Cyclosa-trilobata for an example. In North America, spiders in this genus (as well as close relatives) often are called 'trash-line orb weavers.'
