Whats wrong with my bougainvillea

It has spots all over the leaves. Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

Bougainvillea need full sun. They also dont tolerate much water. Have been searching for info on if they are subject to cucumber leaf mosaic, but nothing i access has definite data. If you can't get them in full sun and allow the soil to dry completely before watering I know you will have problems with them. Good luck
