This small spider (maybe 3 millimeters long) has been sitting in the exact same spot in my bathroom windowsill for about 2 weeks now. The only time I saw it move was a few nights ago when it seemed to be doing "exercises" (would move about 4 inches forward, then back to resting spot, then 4 inches up the wall, then back to same spot, then 4 inches sideways, then back to same spot). Anyone know what spider this is, or why it's sitting still in the same spot in the corner of my windowsill for the past 2 weeks? What's it been eating? Were those really "exercises?" There's no water there either other than the toilet, I don't use the bathtub in that bathroom.
