There are small, skinny flying insects all over my Guara blooms. They don't hurt the plant, but there are tons of them all over the blooms. I've Googled everything that I know to Google and cannot find anything that resembles these little guys.
Any ideas what they could be? We get them every year and it's killing me that I can't identify them ...

These are stilt bugs in the family Berytidae, possibly in the genus Jalysus (confirmation would require microscopic examination). Although some are sap feeders, they do not appear harmful to plants; some species are known to feed on other insects and/or their eggs - see http://www.americaninsects.net/ht/jalysus-sp.html.
