This one can't be much over 2mm in length and can definitely fly. Is the second image showing a defensive posture?

It's a hispine leaf beetle; looks like a Sumitrosis sp. See http://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/232001-Sumitrosis-inaequalis for an example.
