It's possible that it is Attagenus trifasciatus in the family Dermestidae. Although dermestid larvae can be serious pests, the adult beetles are harmless pollen feeders. See https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7113/7142530683_033c11953b_o.jpg for an image.
