Watching Blog/Diary?

I was just looking at the blog list and one caught my attention that I'd like to follow it. Scanning the page, there is a Watch this diary's tab. Is there any way to Watch the entire blog of someone without missing anything if they decide to start a new tab? Or without having to go to each tab to follow it all?

I hope I am making sense and thanks for any help.
