Honeysuckle?

The leaves look like honeysuckle but I'm not sure about those flowers. This was in a wet area beside a marsh in Concord, MA.

Those leaves look compound and alternately arranged (much like Robinia pseudoacacia sans thorns) along the stems. The terminal flower spikes are the give-away for this species that is often found on shorelines along rivers here in KY.

That is Amorpha fruticosa - Indigobush Amorpha - getting ready to bloom (or just finished, can't see in your picture) with purplish blue flowers with orange anthers.

Honeysuckle (Lonicera sp.) will have simple leaves oppositely arranged on the stems.
