Hoping someone can tell me what kind of bug I have here, if harmful then how. How do I get rid of it. My black cherry tomato vine began having some limbs dry up but I saw no bugs. Still producing good fruit. Then these bugs appeared. Did I just not see them as larvae?

These are nymphs of a leaf-footed bug (family Coreidae) - see http://texasinsects.tamu.edu/aimg65.html
They can cause serious damage to tomato fruit when they pierce the skin to feed on them. See http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/PESTNOTES/pn74168.html for some control suggestions.
Thank you
