Hi...I am finding these mounds all around my house. Is it a pest I have to be concerned about? In one of the images, you can see circular dirt-like structures that seem unnatural. What is that, as well?
ID of Insect Structure
I am not sure what made the holes in the first two pictures. It could be wolf spider, could be vole. I hope another has a better idea.
The third one looks small enough to be e a Great Golden Digger Wasp hole. Watch the area from a little distance and see if you can spot one. They like bare ground like this and are not harmful to humans. If you get too close, they act agitated, but I've never been stung. I just step back and she goes back to her duties. Here is a picture of one of the busy little mothers. A beneficial insect to have around. Your hole could be something else, but this is what came to mind.
Although I agree that a great golden digger wasp is most likely, another possibility is a cicada killer wasp (also in the family Sphecidae)...

I do notice a many wasps, similar looking to the ones posted, around my home. Thank you for the help.
