Need help identifying spider! Is it dangerous?

Hi,

I live in Northern California and last year in the summer I encountered this spider a couple of times in my bathroom. Then the other day I was cleaning under my bathroom sink and found a dead spider which seemed to be the same type. Does anyone know what kind of spider this is?

The live spider might be one of the grass spiders in the family Agelenidae - see https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2691/4150867750_2f8df01075_z.jpg for an example...
These are not dangerous to humans.
