Any idea what these bugs are? They are on my siding , patio and my grill. They're about the quarter of the size of an ant. I am in Wisconsin and it's the first time I've seen them.

These are springtails, primitive arthropods in the order Collembola. They basically are nuisance pests that do not cause any real harm.
