I keep finding these little guys in the house. They are really fast and jump, small jumps. I'm in southern California. I think this is a baby. Anyone know this guy?

It's a ground spider (family Gnaphosidae) known as a parson spider - http://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/221218-Herpyllus-propinquus
Harmless to humans.
