While digging my potato patch, these very tiny white insects were everywhere, especially on the rotting potatoes. Some seemed to be in the larval stage. Also present, were very thin whippy, wiggly whitish worms. Please identify & if they are harmful, please let me know control.

All I can see in this image are collembola (springtails) that would be feeding on the decomposing organic matter and not causing any damage.
