I can't find the original Thread about Dave's Greenhouse. I am wondering if he has posted his plans yet.
I found these hints about building a greenhouse and thought they may be useful to any of us planning one:

Buy real greenhouse file instead of the clear film sold at Home Depot.

Instead of mounting the EMT connectors and hoops on the outside of the foundation boards, put them on the Inside as this will make for neater and easier fastening of the film to the base with fewer air leaks.

Cover all the pvc with aluminum furnace tape, leaving 1/2 inch at the ends for gluing into the crosses. Cover the crosses after the glueing.
Pvc pipe becomes brittle after only a years exposure to sunlight. Covering it will make it last. Greenhouse film reacts chemically with pvc pipe, causing early deterioration.

Wow--great ideas. I built a portable chicken cage with 3/4 PVC attached with EMT's to a 2x4 frame 10x12 feet big. Covered it with tarp. Chickens get moved to fresh grass daily. I've been thinking about a greenhouse--you've solved some of my problems.
