I have wild yarrow taking over my lawn, how do I get rid of it? Digging is useless.
Yarrow in lawn, remedy?
Personally I would let it grow as food for wildlife if it is out of the way. We don't want to be overgrown around the house, so if yarrow popped up, we would just mow when the need arises.
But if that's not something you wish to do, here is a link of suggestions, some chemical and some non-chemical.

I agree! Yarrow is now often found in nurseries for sale. There are some beautiful colors available.
Maybe you could add some native, wildlife attractive plantings around the bothersome yarrow and create a mini sanctuary! They pop up for a reason. Mother Nature is more intuitive than we are!
