I live in Antwerp Belgium. Yesterday i discovered a huge spider, total lenght is inclusief legs is about 60 mm. Wich is the biggest spider i have seen in my life. I took a close up HD picture wich i allready regret, cause after i took the picture he started running, and he was so fast i couldn't cath him. Any one knows what type this is, and should i be worried? If you zoom in the picture it looks like he has 2 eyes.
Kind Regards
Gino

Hello Flapdoodle,
I thank you sincerly, i will definitely sleep better this night, thanks to you're information. He was really huge, but the most scary thing was , that he was so fast, withing seconds he almost crossed the room, i was running after him, moving and trowing furniture , but he got a way anyway, so he's still hiding somewhere. But it is very comforting to know he's not dangerous. Thanks again , great website.
