I've seen a few of these hiding in a hydrangea. Body length is around 5-6mm.

It's a harvestman (aka 'daddy long-legs'), an arachnid in the order Opiliones. It resembles some species in the genus Leiobunum, but I am not at all confident of making species i.d.s of these critters...
