My Viola has flopped outward

Why did this happen and what do I do? It's still blooming so didn't know if I needed to cut it way back. Any guidance is truly appreciated.

Some of these new types just never seem to stop blooming, so I just cut them back when they get straggly like that, they usually start blooming again in just a few weeks.
