please any one can help me in identification of this spider it look like the Black Widow Spider but the red hourglass lie in the back not in the abdomen .

This appears to be a Redback Spider. This is a venomous species that has been established as an invasive species in your region of the world through trade with Australia *IF* I am correct. The articles I've read state that the spider has been established in the UAE since 1990. The geographic hop to Iraq is probable.
