The beetle is roughly 10mm in length - the others aren't more than 5mm or so.

The fly in the first image is Delphinia picta, a picture-winged fly in the family Ulidiidae. The spider might be in the family Linyphiidae (sheetweb/dwarf spiders) – see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/123566205 for an example. The beetle looks like it is in the family Passalidae, but 10 mm would be extremely small for that. Commonly known as bess beetles, they live in family groups in rotting logs.
