It looks like a soldier beetle (family Cantharidae) in the genus Atalantycha - see http://www.americaninsects.net/b/atalantycha-bilineata.html, but your specimen seems a bit on the small side...

My bad on the size - I usually estimate size by counting pixels, which only works if the camera lens is set to 1:1 magnification. The beetle's size is more likely in the 8-10mm range.
