I was cleaning my bathroom and i swept this from under the heater please help. The first picture is when i found it, the second picture is after i put it in the toilet and it came to life. I live in southeastern pennsylvania.

Looks like a spider beetle. These basically are nuisance pests, but they sometimes will infest dry stored food products in pantries, etc. - http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/spider-beetles
