First and third images are of the same specimen - body length roughly 3mm. Body length for the second specimen is roughly 2mm.

Id Please - Eastern Shore of MD
The winged insect in images 1 and 3 appears to be a gall midge in the family Cecidomyiidae - see http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3581/3368989550_01ea4ce5a4.jpg for an example. The one in the second image is an immature psocid (bark/book louse) - see v for an example.
