Broken shoot off plumeria

My husband was moving one of my plumerias, and a shoot was cleanly broken off. I have been pampering them for years! (Shoot....branch) Can these be rooted easily?

would say yes, as these are commonly sold as sticks to root, I believe. And I have rooted them myself with no real skill/info.

Super easy to root. Make sure the broken end has a chance to callous over then stick them in a pot with potting soil. I keep the soil moist until I notice new growth then I water as usual.

A callus is basically a scab (analogously) where the plant is protecting itself from infection by forming a callus over a cut or wound. Succulents should be allowed to callus over before sticking it in any media, otherwise it will rot. I've cut columnar cacti and laid the cut pieces on flagstone for weeks to callus (no harm done but a few days would suffice too).
