Newer member needing advice

I joined this website back in October as I came upon the site accidentally when looking up some plant info one night. I was intrigued by the photo contest that was running at the time. I immediately signed up and entered 5 photos and was notified shortly after that I had received more votes than anyone else on one of my photos and it would be printed on the cover of the calendar. The notification came from "melody" and she got my address to send me a copy of the calendar. When I hadn't received a calendar by Dec. 28 I sent a message to Melody to let her know. That message was never replied to and neither have any of the multitude of messages I have sent in the 3 months since. I've sent D-mails to admin, D-mails and E-mails to Melody, and D-mail to Terry. Not a single response. I thought for a while that maybe somehow my messages were going into cyber space so I looked up one of the other contest winners and sent her a D-mail to see if she was having similar problems and also to see if my messages were actually going anywhere. I got a quick response so they are sending. I recently even downloaded an album of 13 of my favourite 2015 pictures hoping that Melody might recognize my winning photo and make a connection with my code name that she keeps skipping over in her mail boxes but no luck there either. This win really meant a lot to me and I would really like my copy of the calendar. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get through.

They've had a lot of problems with the site lately.

The calendar used to be sold on Etsy but I looked there and couldn't find it.

It is now sold by Zazzle for $20.95 US. I found that by doing a lookup for "contests". Then a small selection pops up but not what we're looking for. Then have to click on "more" at the bottom. Then the first line that comes up is "Announcing the Winners of the 2015 Photo Contest". There is a link in there that takes you to Zazzle. Really starting to look like that is the only way I'm going to get it but I don't really see why I should have to. I will give it a few days. With this being Easter weekend it may take a bit before they get the message you forwarded if they pay it any more attention than they have to my many.

Just to let you know, I finally am being sent my calendar. It appears that it may have been ho fault of DG admin other than failure to follow up. My wife and I live in the country and as such our mailing address is a PO box. The calendar company does not ship to PO boxes in Canada. Either they just simply didn't ship because they only had a PO box address or they asked DG for a street address and didn't get a response. They now have a street address to ship it to my wife at work do all should be good

It's been a long wait but I finally got delivery today. It was worth the wait and will be a cherished keepsake
