I found this spider and it is inside and outside my house. What kind is it? I am pregnant and need to know if it will harm me or my unborn baby. I also have two young children who help me garden.

Your image is not clear enough for a definitive identification, it might be a male Steatoda sp.; some female members of this genus can have a painful but not dangerous bite.
To texomapest90 - IMHO, if you would confuse a spider with a bed bug, anyone who would use your services (assuming you ARE a pest controller) would be an idiot...
All Texo has to do is count the legs....spammer!
