Hello. This tree kept it's leaves through the winter. New growth is orange/red.

I checked and almost all of the top part of the tree is dead. Branches are dry and brittle. Just a couple branches on top have any growth on them.

Photinia 'Red Robin' or related cultivar. Prone to fireblight and other diseases, that's probably why it's died back so much.
