These trees are over 25 feet tall. Stayed green and didn't drop leaves this winter.

Something has munched on quite a few of the leaves.

Has tons of blueberry like sprouts. About 2 weeks ago, went outside and there were well over 50 birds in the tree. Reminded me of an Alfred Hitchcock movie...

Please let me know what it is.

That looks like some kind of big evergreen Privet (Ligustrum sp.).
