Does anyone know what type of bumblebee this is? I can't figure it out from looking at charts or other photos. Seen in Sequim, WA. Thank you!

Bumble bee i.d.s can be very challenging because of factors such as sexual/caste dimorphism, individual variation, and age of the insect. Your appears to have had quite a bit of wear and tear, and thus may have lost some of its vestiture. You might give the Evergreen College key a try - see http://academic.evergreen.edu/projects/ants/TESCBiota/kingdom/animalia/phylum/arthropoda/class/insecta/order/hymenoptera/family/apidae/bombus/KEY.HTM
Great information. Thank you!
