Bed bug or carpet beetle?

Found a few of these on bedroom carpet. Also, one in bed, and another fell out of a hand towel. In the second picture, I see it flexing what looks like wings, so I don't *think* it's a bed bug.

Definitely beetles and not true bugs of any kind. Images not clear enough to be certain of an identification, but carpet beetles would be good suspects...
