Looks more like a larva of a firefly (family Lampyridae) - see http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2446/3579043913_26a78942be.jpg for an example.

I did look at those but this larva was totally black.

Yours undoubtedly is a different species than the example I provided; that was intended only to demonstrate the general shape/habitus of larvae in that family...

Ok, thanks. I've "googled" a bit more and found a few totally black specimens, in Spain.
