What insect is this?

I have seen a couple of these lately and i'm wondering what they are. My first guess is it's a Beatle. Anyone know?

I believe it's a leaf footed bug! They don't usually bite (Though there have been some reports here and there) so they're mostly harmless. Anyways, I can't give you any information past that. Another member will most likely come along and give you some more information, I hope this helps in the meantime! : )
