Bedroom basement bug

London, Canada

This bug has been entering by room from either the window or the ceiling and I'm curious to what it is. It's about 0.5cm long.

This appears to be an immature woodlouse, a terrestrial crustacean in the order Isopoda. They basically are harmless nuisance pests that require moisture/high humidity in order to persist indoors (they breathe through gills that must be kept moist).
