i have a slight idea that this insect may be a kissing bug "Triatominae" but i need other peoples opinions these photos where take today at around 12 noon in the hallway upstairs in my house in Ontario Canada, please leave your feed back asap seeing as these little buggers may carry diseases and such. Update my brother was doing some research and he thinks it may be a Western conifer seed bug " Leptoglossus occidentalis" which are apparently often mistaken for a kissing bug but are harmless, but like i said i need opinion's from people with experience in identifying these insects thanks.

This is a leaf-footed bug in the family Coreidae, likely a western conifer seed bug, Leptoglossus occidentalis; a harmless nuisance pest that is widely distributed across much of North America.
