Problem with adding PlantFiles articles

I've added numerous PlantFiles articles in the past. However, for a few days now, the submit button (to submit a new article) does not function. I've tried this in both Superbird (a Chrome-type browser, which is what I always used successfully before) and Firefox, to no avail.

Is anyone else able to create articles? If not, are they fixing this?
