Any ideas as to what spider this is

Hi this spider was on my car and I've never seen anything like it, neither does anyone I know. The spider is about the size of my hand. Identification would be much appreciated

Looks like a very fat (gravid) female huntsman/giant crab spider (family Sparassidae). Some African species also are called 'rain spiders' - see https://www.ispotnature.org/node/701076 for an example.
