start carolina jessamine from seed?

I lost my jessamine in the drought, the last year it bloomed it left 4 or 5 seeds. Does anyone know how to start them from seed? (I haven't even been able to buy one, they seem scarce this year)

I also have seed geranium seeds I don't know how to start, lol.

Better by cuttings, seeds can be iffy

seed is all I have, so will try and if I fail at least one less baggy in the refrigerator
