I live in Baltimore Maryland and I saw this spider in my bedroom earlier today. I haven't seen one like this before someone help me identify it please?!

The best I can tell, this is a type of jumping spider, but not sure which one. They are harmless to humans even though they try to act mean. If it is nice, I catch and release them outside. If it is cold, I just let them be so they can catch pests in the house.
