It is a dwarf geometry tree with small leaves. However, some bigger size leaves are growing on some of its twigs. Is it some sort of epiphyte plant growing on the tree? Any scientific term that I could google about on this topics?

It's usual for plants grown in high light conditions to push larger and thinner leaves whenever the photo-load is reduced.

It's common for variations of a species to have some new growth revert to species form. Often it's imperative that, when the species growth is more vigorous that that of the variation, that the stronger growth is removed, lest it overtake the plant and cause a reversion of the entire plant because the more vigorous parts were stronger energy sinks.

Fertility levels and root congestion can significantly limit leaf size. When these limitations are lifted, the new foliage can be significantly larger.

Some plants, like Ficus, are genetically programmed so each successive leaf that emerges from a branch is larger than the previous leaves. I'm not sure if this is the case with black olive or not.

You really don't offer near enough info to pin down what's happening. A picture would be very helpful.

It does appear your tree is reverting to species. Pull those branches (the ones with larger leaves) off. If they are too large to pull off, cut as close to the larger, unaffected branch as possible.

Watch the tree and continue to pull off any branch with larger leaves.

It also appears there is a gall that has formed and is in need of removal - in the circle (as opposed to the oval).
